TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Goods are strictly on order basis.

2. Any order exceeding a value of kshs 5000/- will be subject to a 50% deposit to ensure order confirmation.

3. 100% payment on confirmation of order will be required for orders outside of Nairobi and outside of our free delivery area. 

4. For urgent deliveries* and delivery outside our free delivery areas the cost of delivery shall be beared by the customer. 

5. Kindly ensure to check your items upon delivery, as breakages or damages will not be accepted later on. 

6. Goods once sold cannot be returned/exchanged. 

7. Free deliveries** in Nairobi will be done on Thursdays and Fridays for orders placed before Monday.

8. All electronic items to be tested upon delivery. 

9. For orders that are subject to free delivery, payment should be done upon receipt of order.

*If within free delivery area and require the order within 48 hours, order can be shipped at an additional cost.
