The older I am growing, the more I truly have become to understand that it really does “take a village”. This is not solely limited to the path of motherhood, but life in general. As humans, we are naturally social creatures that thrive off the positive energy around us. This is why I highly encourage women to gravitate towards like-minded individuals, that gently motivate you to actively work on pursuing your desires, dreams, and goals. Between discipline, motivation, and a sturdy mentor, your 2023 foundation is solid, and ready to take on any load that comes your way.

What is Motivation & why is it so important?

Motivation is an essential driving force within individuals that inspires and guides their behavior and actions. It plays a critical role in determining an individual’s level of productivity, performance, and overall success. Without motivation, it can be difficult to initiate or sustain efforts toward achieving goals.

Moreover, motivation can come from both internal and external sources. Internal motivation arises from within an individual, such as personal interests or values, while external motivation comes from external factors, such as rewards or recognition.

Understanding and harnessing the power of motivation can greatly benefit individuals and organizations. It can increase productivity, enhance performance, and lead to a more fulfilling and successful life. As such, it is important to not only recognize the importance of motivation, but also to actively cultivate and nurture it.

What are the best tools to assist in motivating individuals or groups?
